Blue Kostroj production building with overhead doors

Prefabricated steel buildings

Prefabricated steel buildings made to measure for production, storage and servicing. We design, manufacture and install them.

An efficient solution for your covered space

We build steel halls to your specification. Based on your requirements and on our know-how and experience, we advise you on the most suitable solution.

All steel components are protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanising. For the roof we use trapezoidal sheeting or insulated sandwich panels. Your building is in the hands of a team of architects and engineers and of experienced production and installation crews.

Applications

Industrial steel buildings and steel warehouses

We build prefabricated industrial halls for production and servicing, and prefabricated steel warehouses for goods and materials.

Both are steel frame buildings with the same basis: a prefabricated steel structure that we manufacture in our own plant and assemble on site. They differ in height, doors, roofing and wall cladding.

Industrial buildings
Production and servicing, for example Kostroj, Grafoline and Pušnik
Warehouse buildings
Goods and materials, for example IpoTeh in Vodice

Standards

Designed and manufactured to standards

In design and production we follow the European standards required for steel structures.

CE marking

Under SIST EN 1090-1 and SIST EN 1090-2 we hold an EC certificate of factory production control, which is required for marking products with the CE mark.

FAQ

Prefabricated steel buildings in brief

What is the structure made of?

Steel, protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanising. The structure is made in execution class EXC 2 to SIST EN 1090-1 and 1090-2.

Which roofing and wall cladding can I choose?

For the roof and walls we use trapezoidal sheeting or insulated sandwich panels.

Can the dimensions of the building be adapted?

Yes. We make every building to measure; the dimensions follow the client's requirements.

Do you prepare the documentation for the building permit?

Yes. Whether a building permit is needed depends on the project. We take care of it: if it is, we prepare the full set of documentation and obtain the permit; if not, we put the building up without one.

Do your structures carry the CE mark?

Yes. We hold an EC certificate of factory production control under SIST EN 1090-1 and 1090-2, which is required for CE marking.

How are prefabricated steel buildings put up?

First we agree the dimensions and prepare the design documentation. We manufacture the steel structure in our plant and assemble it on site, followed by the walls and the roof.

How much do prefabricated steel buildings cost?

Every building is designed to measure, so the final price depends on the complexity of the project, the dimensions, the location, the structural requirements and the chosen materials and fittings: steel, panels, flashings, doors and windows. We prepare the quote on the basis of a calculation; enter the dimensions and purpose in the inquiry form.
