Helicopter hangar

The prefabricated steel structure stands on an asphalt base, held by special metal anchors (base plates fixed with purpose-made wedges).

It is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanising to SIST EN 1461:2009. A special feature is the four-leaf sliding door, which gives a 16 m wide opening. The roof is clad with felt-backed trapezoidal sheeting in the recognisable GT243 colours.
