What clients ask first
What types of buildings do you build?
As a steel construction company we build prefabricated steel buildings, hangars, warehouse tents, steel carports, covered sports courts, commercial greenhouses and garden centres. Every building is made to measure.
Can you adapt the building to my dimensions?
Yes. The dimensions are tailored to the client's requirements, the site and the purpose of the building.
What kind of steel structure do you use?
The structure is hot-dip galvanised and made in execution class EXC 2 to SIST EN 1090-1 and 1090-2. Galvanising protects the steel against corrosion.
Which wall and roof finishes are available?
For the walls: wall panels, trapezoidal sheeting, membrane, film or glass. For the roof: roof panels, trapezoidal sheeting, membrane, film or glass.
Do you also prepare the design documentation?
Yes. Whether a building permit is needed depends on the project, and we take care of it either way. If it is, we prepare the concept design, the documentation for consents and the building permit, the detailed design and the documentation for the occupancy permit. If not, we put the building up without one.
