Commercial greenhouse cost: what drives the price

• Size: width, length and height; we adapt the dimensions to your requirements.
• Covering: greenhouse film; for a glasshouse, single or double glazing or polycarbonate sheets.
• Ventilation: a gable-end window with manual or automatic opening, with optional 500 mm fans.
• Automation: automated windows and fans and, in research facilities, also heating, cooling, humidification, shading and grow lights.

The range of equipment is wide. A grower's greenhouse, such as the one at Vrtnarstvo Podergajs, has a hot-dip galvanised steel structure, film covering and ventilation.

At the other end of the scale is the NIB quarantine glasshouse: eight chambers with separately adjustable climates, triple safety glazing, and heating, cooling, humidification, grow lights, shading and air exchange, all run by a central control system. The price follows the equipment.

We use high-quality materials in production and have an internal factory production control system in place. Our greenhouses come with all the documentation needed to erect a minor building. Whether a building permit is needed depends on the project: if it is, we obtain it; if not, we put the building up without one.
